"Ordering Felt More Confusing Than It Should Have"
I managed to place my order on bowlifi.com, but it felt like I had to figure out a few things on my own. Some steps weren’t super clear, so it took me longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I do feel like the process could’ve been made easier for customers

"Return process felt unnecessarily difficult"
I tried to return my order and felt kind of misled. The return process sounded simple at first, but once I actually started, the instructions were confusing and I couldn’t get a clear answer for way too long. I kept having to check back and figure out what I was supposed to do next. It really felt like they made returns harder than they needed to be. Definitely not worth the stress for me

"Needed real details about my bulk order"
I was trying to get clear information about my bulk order, but it felt like every time I asked, I got a different answer. One person would tell me one thing, then the next person would say something else, and none of it really helped me understand what was actually going on. I don’t mind waiting if there’s a real update, but the inconsistent answers made the whole process way more frustrating than it needed to be
"Felt like our team orders got messed up"
I was worried I was getting fooled into thinking this would be simple, but the team orders were handled poorly. Things kept getting mixed up and it caused confusion for us the whole week. Not a great experience.

"Not sure the rewards are really worth it"
Maybe I’m just not understanding the system right, but the loyalty rewards feel kind of pointless to me. The points don’t seem to add up to much, and figuring out how to use them has been more of a hassle than I expected. I kept thinking maybe I was missing something, but i’m not very impressed.

"Wish they had PayPal at checkout"
Maybe I’m just too used to paying the same way everywhere, but the checkout was kind of annoying. I couldn’t use PayPal, and the payment options felt really limited, so I ended up getting frustrated faster than I probably should have.
"Mixed signals after ordering"
I ordered from Bowlifi the updates were super unclear. The status just sat there saying basically the same thing for days, so I couldn’t tell if my order was being packed, already shipped, or just forgotten somewhere.
I’m fine with waiting if I know what’s happening, but this felt like I was getting mixed signals with no real info. I kept checking on it myself, which got annoying fast. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make the tracking and updates a lot clearer.

"Checkout was fine, just a little clunky"
Checkout worked in the end, it just felt a bit slow and I had to double-check my info a couple times. The payment went through without any issues though. Overall not a bad experience, it just could be smoother.

"Delivery was kind of a mess"
I ordered from bowlifi.com and the weird part is, the food itself wasn’t really the issue — it was the delivery. I barely got any clear updates, so I ended up just sitting around waiting and not knowing what was going on. It showed up later than expected, the whole thing felt more stressful than it needed to be. Not sure I’d order again if the delivery is that unreliable

I was trying to place an order and the whole discount thing got frustrating. Like, I wasn’t expecting some huge deal, but I did think something would actually work.
I saw a few mentions of promos and deals, so I spent time looking around for a code. But every one I tried either didn’t apply, was expired, or just kinda did nothing at checkout. Super annoying tbh.
Maybe I just caught it at a bad time, idk. But for me there wasn’t any real discount available, and after all that clicking around I just left the site feeling disappointed

"Canceling was way more annoying than expected"
Trying to cancel this was a hassle. I had to click around and dig for the right info, and even after doing all that, it still wasn’t totally clear if the cancellation actually went through. Just way more frustrating than it needed to be. I won’t be using it again.

I was hoping for more variety, but a lot of the designs felt similar. I also felt like I kept getting passed around when trying to find better options, which made the whole experience a bit frustrating.

"Feels like nobody’s touched it in years"
The site just feels really outdated. The colors don’t work well together, and everything looks kind of cluttered and messy. It almost feels like they’re trying to distract you with a bunch of random design choices instead of making it clean and easy to use.

"Proof approval were a hassle"
They sent over the proof, and after that everything just kind of slowed down. I approved it, but the emails kept coming in confusing, and there was no clear update on what was actually happening. I had to keep chasing them for answers, which were really frustrating. The whole process was way more annoying than it needed to be.

"Confusing to navigate and not worth the hassle"
I tried using bowlifi.com, and maybe it’s just me, but the whole experience felt more frustrating than helpful. The pages were loading slowly on my end, and a few of the buttons weren’t clear about what they were supposed to do. I felt like I was guessing my way through the site instead of easily finding the basic info I came for.
Using it on my phone made it even worse because the layout felt cluttered and not very intuitive. Things weren’t where I expected them to be, so after clicking around for a few minutes, I just gave up. From my experience, the site really needs a cleaner design and smoother navigation.

"Refund took way longer than it should have"
I’ve been waiting weeks for my refund, which feels unreasonable. I get that these things can take a few days, but at some point it’s common sense that customers shouldn’t have to keep chasing it. Support just keeps telling me to be patient, but that doesn’t really help when nothing seems to be moving.

I felt like I paid way too much for what I actually got. It wasn’t terrible, but for the price, I expected a lot better, so I left feeling disappointed.

"Didn't really feel reliable"
I just didn’t feel comfortable trusting this site. Maybe it’s obvious, but if a site doesn’t give you a solid feeling right away, it’s common sense to be cautious. I ended up not wanting to take the chance.
